Unless otherwise agreed, course materials and deliverables created specifically for you are licensed to you on full payment. Our underlying methodologies, templates and tools remain the property of Lathi Edu.
Lathi Edu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or exam outcomes. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the enrollment letter. Fees for sessions or work completed up to termination remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
